Thank you for shopping with Anorie. We are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and secure manner. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how we process and ship orders.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within Malaysia only. International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation and tracking information (if applicable).

3. Shipping Method & Courier

Orders are shipped using trusted local courier partners. Courier selection may vary depending on your location and service availability.

Estimated delivery time:

  • West Malaysia: 2–5 working days
  • East Malaysia: 5–7 working days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, courier delays, or peak seasons.

4. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.
  • Any ongoing free shipping promotions or shipping discounts will be clearly displayed on our website or during checkout.

5. Order Tracking

If tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp once your order has been shipped. You may track your order directly through the courier’s website.

6. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure that all shipping details provided are accurate and complete.
  • Anorie is not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Additional charges may apply for re-delivery if the parcel is returned to us due to customer error.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive an order that is damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.

Provide the following:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the parcel and items received

We will assess the issue and assist you accordingly.

8. Shipping Delays Disclaimer

While we strive to deliver all orders on time, Anorie is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier service disruptions
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays or peak sales periods
