Return and Refund Policy

At Anorie.com, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at hello@anorie.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, plants)
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at hello@anorie.com.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
